NOTE: THIS APPLICATION IS FOR NON-FOOD VENDORS ONLY! If you are a food or beverage vendor, please email us at support@phantompresents.com instead of using this form.

We are highly selective in our vendor choices to create an exceptional vendor village for our attendees. With limited vendor spots available at each event, we want to know more about your business and the products or services you offer.

After reviewing, provide detailed information about your company and the products or services you wish to sell by completing the form below.  Our team will review your submission and contact you regarding specific festivals or shows.

By checking this box, you confirm that you have read the 2024 Vendor Information Document. You also acknowledge the list of prohibited items for vendors at Phantom Music Festival and agree that your company will only sell products listed in your application. Violating this agreement may result in your removal from the festival and exclusion from future vendor opportunities.
