Credentialing Policies

​

Please review our credentialing guidelines below and click "agree" to proceed with your application. We understand media is changing and we are open to new formats if we fell it fits our scope. If your coverage plan doesn't fit these guidelines, contact us directly at info@phantompresents.com.

Note that submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Your request may be partially approved or denied. Each publication can request up to TWO representatives per event, subject to capacity and your coverage plan.

Phantom Presents enforces a strict NO FILMING policy at all events unless specifically credentialed . Any filming requests must be directed to our press team at info@phantompresents.com. Violation of this policy will result in the revocation of your media badge, potential ejection from the event, and a ban from future credentials.

All ticketed media must go through general admission security checks and bag searches.

 Typically, festival credential applications open 3-4 months prior and close 1 month before the festival. Credential status updates will be sent no earlier than two weeks before the event.

This section should detail the representatives covering the event on-site. Each publication can request accreditation for up to TWO representatives per event. Approval for both will depend on capacity and your coverage plan

Commitment to Responsible Coverage

As a credentialed member of the media at any Phantom Presents event, we ask for your commitment to responsible behavior. This means:

  • Not being under the influence of drugs or alcohol while covering our events.

  • Not engaging in or being involved in any illegal activities.

Credentialed members found in violation of this policy will be removed from the event and may have their credentials revoked for future events.

Our goal is for you to have an amazing experience while working at our festivals. Let's work together to maintain a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
